Job Description

  • Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Upload and update product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch.
  • Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries.
  • Track daily sales and prepare reports.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
  • Ensure product listings comply with marketplace policies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
