Job Description

Position: HR & Admin Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹36,000 per month

Location: Work from Office (Mohali)

Joining: Immediate

Working Days: Monday – Friday

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update HRMS (GreytHR preferred).
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of HR and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate office administration and vendor support.
  • Required Skills3–5 years of HR Operations & Administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS (GreytHR/Keka/Zoho People/Darwinbox).
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reports).
  • Excellent data management and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
