Job Description

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders.

Prepare and send quotations via email.

Coordinate with customers to ensure timely responses and order processing.

Identify and connect with Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, or relevant decision-makers in target companies.

Maintain customer records, quotations, and follow-up reports.

Support the sales team in lead generation and business development activities.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients through phone calls and emails.
