Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and punctual Document Pick-Up Boy / Field Executive who owns a two-wheeler and can manage daily document collection, delivery, bank visits, client coordination, and office-related field work. The candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and able to handle important legal and financial documents with care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
• Pick up documents from clients, banks, housing finance companies, offices, and other assigned locations.
• Deliver documents safely to the office, clients, banks, sub-registrar offices, courier offices, or other concerned departments.
• Maintain proper records of documents collected and delivered, including date, time, contact person name, and acknowledgement wherever required.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding daily pickup and delivery schedules.
• Ensure documents are not misplaced, damaged, delayed, or handed over to any unauthorized person during transit.
• Visit banks, sub-registrar offices, government offices, courier offices, and client locations as per work requirement.
• Collect files, forms, signatures, stamp papers, payment screenshots, challans, and other case-related papers whenever required.
• Submit daily field visit updates and completion reports to the reporting manager.
• Handle urgent document movement with proper priority and time management.
• Support office staff in scanning, photocopying, filing, courier dispatch, and basic administrative work when not on field duty.
Mandatory Requirements
• Candidate must have his own two-wheeler in good running condition.
• Valid driving license is compulsory.
• Candidate must have a working smartphone with WhatsApp, calling facility, and Google Maps.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and nearby bank / office areas is required.
• Should be comfortable travelling daily within the city for official work.
• Should be punctual, honest, disciplined, and well-behaved.
• Must be able to read basic English and communicate in Hindi / Marathi as per location need.
Skills Required
• Good route knowledge and ability to use Google Maps.
• Time management and ability to complete field tasks within the given timeline.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• Careful document handling and record maintenance.
• Honesty, reliability, discipline, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues immediately if any delay or problem occurs.
Educational Qualification
• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
• Graduates may also apply.
Experience
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in legal office, bank documentation, courier service, finance company, field collection, or office boy work will be preferred.
Vehicle and Travel Requirement
The candidate must own a two-wheeler and should be willing to travel for official work. Fuel reimbursement / travel allowance and mobile allowance may be provided as per company policy.
Working Days and Timing
• Monday to Saturday, as per office policy.
• Field work timings may depend on document pickup and delivery schedule.
• Urgent field visits may be assigned depending on case priority and client requirement.
Salary and Allowances
• Salary will be based on experience, route knowledge, discipline, and work capability.
• Fuel allowance / travel allowance may be considered separately as per company policy.
• Mobile allowance may be considered if required for official coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Local candidate preferred.
• Should know Mumbai / Thane / Pune routes depending on job location.
• Should be sincere and stable for long-term work.
• Should be able to handle urgent field work without delay.
• Should maintain professional conduct with clients, bank staff, government office staff, and the internal team.
