Job Description
Is responsible for leading a team of sales agents, driving property transactions, and executing strategic business plans to hit revenue targets. They act as the bridge between upper management and the frontline sales team to optimize local market growth
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Recruit and onboard new real estate agents and sales executives.
- Conduct regular training sessions on property features, sales scripts, and closing techniques.
- Set individual quotas and track progress via performance reviews.
- Motivate the team daily to maintain high morale and healthy internal competition
