Warehouse Manager- Garment Industry

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to handle day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow and inventory control. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including inward, storage, dispatch, and returns
• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods
• Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe storage of materials
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams
• Prepare daily and monthly stock and dispatch reports
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations (garment/manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory management and documentation
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory records)
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Ability to manage work under deadlines
