Job Description
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Prepare bank reconciliations and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
