Job Opening: Sales, Sourcing & Procurement Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and technically aware professional who can manage sales, sourcing, and procurement operations for industrial and engineering products related to international export business.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industrial spare parts, automobile components, engineering products, sugar mill equipment, or related manufacturing industries, with strong skills in supplier management, negotiation, and product sourcing.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify potential buyers and generate sales opportunities for industrial spare parts and engineering products in domestic and international markets.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate order execution.

2. Sourcing & Procurement : Source industrial spare parts, automobile parts, mechanical components, and engineering products from manufacturers and suppliers.

• Identify reliable vendors and build a strong supplier network.
• Ensure procurement of the exact technical specifications and correct material as per buyer requirement.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and production timelines.

3. Supplier Negotiation & Cost ManagementNegotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

• Compare multiple vendors and optimize procurement cost.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term sourcing advantage.

4. Product & Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of industrial spare parts, machinery components, sugar manufacturing equipment, automobile parts, bearings, valves, motors, pumps, gearboxes, fabrication items, and related engineering products.

• Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, product catalogues, and material grades.
• Ensure the procured material matches technical and quality standards required for export.
• Candidate Requirements2–6+ years experience in industrial sales, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Prior experience dealing in industrial spare parts / automobile parts / sugar industry equipment / engineering products.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and technical product identification.
• Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and customers.
• Knowledge of export documentation/trading is an added advantage.
• Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving ability.
