Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join SHREESHA LANDMARK, a leading player in the Commercial and residential Real Estate industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be involved in promoting and selling commercial real estate properties, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is vital to our business success and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.


1. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, advertising, and online platforms. Follow up on leads promptly and qualify potential buyers or investors.

2. Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities. Conduct research on the local property market to identify opportunities and advise clients accordingly.

3. Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, conversions, and revenue. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales effectiveness.

4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to build trust and long-term relationships.

5. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and property details.

6. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.

7. Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and practices.

8. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
