Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a passion for real estate sales.
- Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify prospective customers and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
