Job Summary

 We are seeking a skilled CNG Tube Fitter / Assembly Technician to join our production team. The primary

 focus of this role is the precision assembly of high-pressure CNG dispensers. You will be responsible for interpreting

 P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), bending and installing stainless steel (SS) tubing.

 Key Responsibilities

  1. Tube Fitting & Bending: Perform precision bending, cutting, and deburring of SS tubing (typically 1/4", 3/8", and

   1/2",3/4") for high-pressure gas lines.

  2. Assembly: Assemble mechanical components of CNG dispensers, including valves, filters, mass flow meters, and

   cylinders into the dispenser frame.

  3. Interpretation: Read and accurately follow P&IDs, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

  4. High-Pressure Connections: Install and tighten compression fittings (e.g., Swagelok, Parker, or equivalent)

   ensuring leak-proof joints suitable for 200-250 bar operations.

  5. Quality Control: Conduct pressure testing and soap-leak tests 

 Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in tube fitting or assembly within a CNG dispenser factory, gas skids,

   or high-pressure pneumatic systems.

  2. Education: ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

  Technical Skills:

    1. Expertise in manual and hydraulic tube bending.

    2. Deep understanding of high-pressure ferrule-type fittings.

   Preferred Experience

  * Familiarity with SS 316 tubing and instrumentation components.

 Physical Requirements

  * Ability to work in a factory environment.
