Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and map out potential B2B clients, including preschools, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, furniture showrooms, and car showrooms.
- Client Visits & Pitching: Conduct daily field visits to meet decision-makers (Facility Managers, Purchasing Officers, or Owners) and introduce our catalog of cleaning supplies, bulk institutional packs, and mops.
- Product Demonstration: Clearly explain the value, cost-effectiveness, and quality of our products compared to market alternatives.
- Sales & Closing: Negotiate terms, secure bulk orders, and ensure smooth onboarding of new institutional clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and build long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field travel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field.
