Job Description

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily back office operations for our factory.


Candidate should be flexible enough to work at Factory office 14 km away from Bikaner.

2 wheeler is a must.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage online and offline customer orders accurately.
  • Maintain order records and update data in MS Excel.
  • Perform basic computer-related tasks and data entry.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order processing.
  • Handle general office administrative work as required.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other computer applications.
  • Basic computer skills with good typing ability.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
