Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to Brewtoast recipes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed. Manage daily mise en place, follow hygiene and food safety standards, monitor stock, reduce wastage, and work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure excellent customer experience. A positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
