Job Description
Job Title: Production & Quality Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Maintain product quality, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Supervise production staff, documentation, and inventory.
- Monitor quality control processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and dispatch for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in food manufacturing (Bakery, Tea, Beverage Premix, or FMCG).
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and food safety standards.
