Patel Scientific Instruments Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain scientific and laboratory equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, experience in equipment servicing, and a willingness to travel for field visits. Candidates with a two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Install, commission, and service laboratory and scientific instruments at customer sites
⚡ Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in equipment
🛠️ Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates efficiently
📍 Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, warranty support, and breakdown maintenance
📝 Prepare service reports and maintain records of installations, repairs, and customer visits
🤝 Explain equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures to customers
📦 Coordinate with the office for spare parts, warranty claims, and service scheduling
🔍 Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high service standards
⚙️ Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during field work
💰 Salary:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 (As per Skill & Experience)
