# International Telecom Sales & Voice Process Executive (US Process)


📍 **Location:** Fortune Sarayu, Silk Board, Bengaluru

🕒 **Shift:** Fixed Night Shift (US Time Zone)

📅 **Working Days:** 5 Days a Week

💼 **Experience:** 1–3 Years (International Voice Process / Telecom Sales)

## About the Role


We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven professionals to join our US Process team as **International Telecom Sales & Voice Process Executives**. The ideal candidate will have experience in international voice processes, lead qualification, customer engagement, and telecom or broadband sales. You will be responsible for interacting with US-based customers, understanding their internet and connectivity requirements, qualifying leads, and managing the sales process from initial engagement to successful closure or transfer.


## Key Responsibilities


* Make inbound and outbound calls to US-based customers regarding internet, broadband, fiber, WiFi, and telecom services.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet and connectivity solutions.

* Explain service plans, features, pricing, and benefits effectively.

* Qualify customer leads based on predefined eligibility criteria.

* Handle the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and deal closure, or transfer qualified customers to the activation team where applicable.

* Upsell and cross-sell premium plans and value-added services.

* Address customer objections professionally and build customer confidence.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with call outcomes and sales activities.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales, transfer, conversion, and quality targets.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

* Build long-term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.


## Required Skills


* 1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process, Lead Transfer, or International Telecom Sales.

* Experience in broadband, ISP, WiFi, fiber internet, telecom, or internet subscription sales is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Strong customer engagement, lead qualification, and relationship-building abilities.

* Proven sales, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.

* Ability to work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.

* Strong listening, probing, and problem-solving skills.

* Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve performance goals.

* Comfortable working in fixed US night shifts.

## Eligibility


* Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or International Telecom Sales.

* Experience in lead generation, lead transfer, broadband, ISP, telecom, or internet sales will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

* Strong sales aptitude with a customer-first approach.

* Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
