Job Description

Assistant Store manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and vendor coordination.

Staff Management: Leading, motivating, and developing a team of employees through training, scheduling, and performance management.

Customer Service: Ensuring customers receive excellent service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Quality and Hygiene: Maintaining high operational standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding hygiene and safety procedures.

Financial Management: Managing finances, controlling costs, and analyzing sales performance.

Sales Growth: Driving sales through effective merchandising and customer service.

Team Recruitment and Training: Recruiting new team members, providing training, and creating schedules.

Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate stock levels and managing inventory effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals.

Customer Service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns.

Communication: Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
