Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Knowledge

• GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Law compliance.
• ERP systems and advanced financial reporting.
• Financial risk management and internal controls.
