Back Office Executive

• 1. Data Management & MIS TrackingMaintain, update, and manage the internal claims tracking system (e.g., Invocon Tracker) accurately.
• Log inward claim documents, medical verification records, and authority letters daily.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions (such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data filtering) to organize corporate records without errors.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports for review by management.
• 2. Field Team & Coordination SupportServe as the primary central point of contact for Field Insurance Claim Verification Executives.
• Coordinate schedules, assign specific geographic regions or cases, and provide real-time backend data support to field agents.
• Ensure smooth workflow handoffs between field data collection and final reporting phases.
• 3. Documentation & Quality VerificationProcess and verify physical and digital company receipts, medical bills, invoices, and indoor case papers (ICP).
• Format, draft, and issue official corporate correspondence, client emails, and authority letters using standardized templates.
• Candidates with their own laptop are preferred.

Conduct initial document checks to ensure forensic medical data and claim documents match required client standards before final processing.
