Job Description
Role ObjectiveThe Team Leader is responsible for driving the acquisition of new Corporate/SME Salary Accounts and maximizing Debit Card penetration through a high-performing field sales team. This role requires an aggressive, hands-on leader who can recruit top talent, manage daily field productivity, and build strong relationships with regional businesses to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Hiring & Onboarding: Recruit, train, and build an agile, high-performing team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs). Ensure the team is fully staffed at all times to avoid territory gaps.
- Business Acquisition: Direct the team to pitch, open, and activate Airtel Payments Bank Salary Accounts across local SMEs, corporate hubs, and commercial establishments.
- Product Cross-Selling: Drive strict targets for on-the-spot selling and activation of Debit Cards alongside account opening to maximize ecosystem monetization.
- Daily Activity & Productivity Management: Run daily morning huddles, assign specific geographical beats/territories, and closely track the daily account opening and card selling metrics of each team member.
