HR Executive

hThe Branch HR is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the branch level, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, compliance, documentation, and coordination with the corporate HR team. The role ensures smooth HR operations while supporting business objectives.

• Employee OnboardingCollect and verify employee documents.
• Complete HR documentation and employee file creation.
• Coordinate ID card, email ID, and system access.
• Conduct induction for new employees.
• Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain leave records and regularize attendance.
• Coordinate with payroll for attendance inputs.
• Employee EngagementOrganize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
• Address employee concerns and grievances.
• Promote a positive work culture within the branch.
• HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR MIS.
• Update employee databases and reports.
• Support confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
• Coordinate performance review activities.
• ComplianceEnsure compliance with company HR policies.
• Support statutory compliance documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records.
• CoordinationCoordinate with Corporate HR on recruitment, payroll, training, and HR initiatives.
• Support branch managers in resolving HR-related issues.
• EligibilityGraduate/MBA (HR preferred)
• 1–4 years of HR experience (Automobile/Retail experience preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
