Field Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Plywoods & Doors

Location: Thane / Mumbai (Field Sales across assigned territories)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Travelling Allowance

(Salary depends on experience, product knowledge, and interview performance.)

Experience: 1–5 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Preferred: Candidates with a bike and a valid driving licence for field visits.

About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell plywoods and doors across the Thane and Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, and builders within the assigned territory.
• Generate new business and onboard new dealers and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product features, benefits, and specifications to customers.
• Take orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements·     

• Diploma or Graduate preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales.
• Experience in plywood, doors, hardware, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; English is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
