You'll own client relationships that actually matter — not "manage accounts." You'll sit between strategy and execution, translate a founder's 11pm voice note into a brief the team can build from, and be the person a client trusts when things get tense. • What you'll actually be doing

• Own 4–6 client brand accounts end-to-end — strategy, execution, delivery, relationship assisted by full creative team.
• Translate vague client asks ("make it pop," "something premium," "aap samjho na") into briefs our design, video, and content teams can actually build from
• Sit in every major client conversation — not to take notes, to shape the outcome
• Catch the gap between what a client says they want and what their brand actually needs — and have the spine to say so
• Coordinate across design, video, web, and AI teams to keep every deliverable on time, on brand, on point
• Build the actual brand strategy decks, positioning docs, and campaign frameworks — not just shepherd other people's work
• Be the person clients call before they panic, not after
