ob Title: Interior DesignerJob OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to turn spaces into beautiful, functional, and safe environments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional structural and aesthetic spaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConcept Development: Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and space planning layouts based on client needs and budgets.
• Technical Drawing: Prepare comprehensive blueprints, 2D/3D layouts, and elevation drawings using industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max).
• Material & Furniture Sourcing: Select and source appropriate furniture, lighting, fixtures, flooring, and wall finishes while ensuring high quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of the design on-site, managing timelines, budgets, and coordinating with contractors, painters, and electricians.
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and make adjustments based on feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of space planning, material selection, and aesthetic styles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and spatial awareness.
