Job Description

  • Should know 4 wheeler driving and possess valid TR license
  • Plan and coordinate transportation of event equipment such as LED TVs, laptops, projectors, projector screens, small audio speakers, and other event materials.
  • Manage delivery, installation, setup, and pickup of all equipment for exhibitions and events.
  • Prepare and manage dispatch schedules based on confirmed event orders and timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment at exhibition venues according to event requirements.
  • Be present at the venue during setup and dismantling to ensure smooth execution.
  • Quickly resolve logistics or technical issues during events to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors, installation teams, and event coordinators for smooth event operations.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly packed, checked, and returned safely after event completion.
