Job Description
- Sales Reconciliation: Match POS receipts with cash deposits and Swiggy/Zomato reports.
- Ledger Management: Process vendor bills and track event receivables.
- Cost Control: Calculate COGS, monitor inventory, and flag wastage.
- Payroll Admin: Manage wages, tips, PF, and ESIC deductions.
- Tax Compliance: File timely GST and TDS returns.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare P&L statements and analyze outlet profitability.
