Job Description
Requirement for confident, energetic individual with experience in commercial bakery/kitchen management, staff training & management, production SOP creation, quality control, wastage management and multiple-outlet supervision. He will be required to help and establish standardized processes and systems - to scale up operations in our newly opened central kitchen. Needs to manage staff and train new hires.
ONLY THOSE WITH TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF BAKERY PRODUCTION SHOULD APPLY. PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE IN THE SAME INDUSTRY MANDATORY.
