About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and creative AI Video Editor with hands-on experience in creating high-quality videos using AI-powered tools for the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video storytelling, AI content creation, motion graphics, and social media video formats.

Candidates must have prior experience working on real estate projects and should be capable of independently producing engaging video content.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit professional real estate videos using AI-based video editing and content generation tools.
• Develop property showcase videos, promotional reels, walkthrough videos, and social media content.
• Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, animations, subtitles, and content enhancement.
• Transform raw footage, images, and property details into compelling visual stories.
• Create short-form and long-form content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, effects, music, captions, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of video projects while maintaining high creative standards.
• Stay updated with the latest AI video editing technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–2 years of professional experience in AI video editing.
• Mandatory experience in the Real Estate Industry.
• Strong proficiency in AI video creation and editing tools such as Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Experience in creating property marketing videos, real estate advertisements, and social media creatives.
• Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of AI-generated voiceovers, avatars, subtitles, and automated content creation workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Eligibility Criteria Freshers are not eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of AI video editing experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated and edited real estate videos is required.
