Job Description
Perform blood sample collection (venous and capillary) following standard safety and hygiene protocols.
Conduct home and outdoor sample collections as scheduled.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of specimens for transport.
Maintain phlebotomy equipment and inventory.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record keeping at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, queries, and coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing.
Collect payments and issue receipts when required.
Ensure patient comfort and maintain a courteous, professional attitude.
