Job Description

The Sales, Telecaller, and Quotation Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, and generating quality leads for the company. The role includes understanding customer requirements, providing product or service information, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure conversions. The executive prepares accurate quotations based on client needs and shares them through email or WhatsApp. They support the sales team by keeping records updated and ensuring smooth communication with customers. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite attitude are essential. This position requires someone who is organized, confident, and able to build strong customer relationships.
