Job Description:

  • Supervise daily factory operations and workforce management.
  • Handle counting and monitoring of production units, inward, and outward material movement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Coordinate dispatch, loading, unloading, and warehouse activities.
  • Monitor machine operations, safety, and shop floor discipline.
  • Prepare daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets with the support of inventory department.
  • Identify operational issues and ensure smooth factory functioning.
  • Experience in Iron& & Steel industry preferred.
