Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct seminars in colleges and institutes.
  • Give presentations about SJCS Technologies training programs.
  • Explain courses such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Gen AI, and Cyber Security.
  • Motivate students to join training and internship programs.
  • Counsel students regarding career opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Coordinate with colleges for seminars, workshops, and campus drives.
  • Convert seminar attendees into paid enrollments.
  • Maintain student lead database and daily follow-up reports.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence students.
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses and career paths.
  • Lead generation and sales skills.
  • Confidence in handling seminars for 50–500 students.
