Retail Sales Executive

Looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join the Godrej Interio. The role involves assisting customers in selecting premium furniture solutions, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the purchase process to ensure an excellent shopping experience also it requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining the premium brand image of Godrej Interio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their furniture requirements.

• Recommend suitable premium furniture products based on customer needs and budget.

• Explain product features, materials, designs, and pricing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize showroom sales.

• Follow up with customers and generate repeat business. Coordinate with the billing and delivery teams for smooth order execution also provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification, 1–5 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (furniture, home décor, interiors, lifestyle, luxury retail, electronics, or similar industries preferred).

• Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities, presentable personality with a customer-first approach.

• Basic computer knowledge.
