Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for 20 dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. This is a ground-level, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client coordination, and executing targeted marketing campaigns both on-ground and digitally.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Sales and Marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand visibility
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and outreach
Generate leads through outbound calls (telecalling), emails, and marketing activities — this is a core daily activity and candidates must be comfortable with high-volume calling
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
Coordinate effectively with customers throughout the sales cycle — from first contact to closure
Use digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email tools) for lead generation, follow-ups, and branding activities
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team lead
Required Skills
(All skills below are MUST HAVE for this role — candidates without these will not be considered)
Communication Skills — Strong verbal communication in both Hindi and English is mandatory; ability to speak confidently and clearly with clients over call and in person
Telecalling / Customer Handling — Must have hands-on experience in making outbound sales calls and managing customer queries professionally
Interpersonal Skills — Ability to connect with people quickly, build trust, and maintain positive client relationships
Lead Generation — Prior experience in generating leads via calls, emails, or digital outreach is required
Basic Computer Knowledge — Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM or data entry tools
Target-Oriented Mindset — Must be self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work under sales targets
Positive Attitude & Learning Ability — Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role
