About the RoleAndromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Area Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail loan sales, DSA/channel management, team handling, and achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and other retail loan products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, brokers, connectors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, loan logins, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to company and lender policies.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the team and strengthen channel partner relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
- Resolve customer and partner escalations promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Loan Sales/DSA/NBFC/Banking, with at least 2–3 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage products.
- Proven experience in DSA sourcing, channel sales, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
