Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, MIS reporting, quality monitoring, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command of MS Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth process execution.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain operational data with high accuracy.
• Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis).
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) audits and share feedback to improve process quality.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to monitor productivity and operational performance.
• Handle client communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives and training activities.
• Eligibility Criteria3–5 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Quality, Reporting, or Process Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English and one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam.

• Experience in client handling and team coordination is preferred.
