Job SummaryThe Night Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's office premises, project sites, staff, visitors, and assets during the night shift. The guard must remain vigilant, prevent unauthorized access, conduct regular patrols, and report any suspicious activity or security incidents immediately.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSecure the office premises and project site during the night shift.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Verify the identity of anyone entering the premises after office hours.
• Conduct regular patrols of the office, parking area, and project site to ensure safety.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual or suspicious activity immediately.
• Ensure all gates, doors, windows, electrical equipment, and lights are properly secured.
• Maintain the Visitor Register, Vehicle Register, and Security Log Book accurately.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, or unauthorized access to company property.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security breaches and inform the concerned authorities.
• Ensure all company assets, documents, equipment, and materials remain protected.
• Coordinate with the Admin/HR team regarding any incidents or maintenance issues observed during the shift.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional appearance at all times.
• Follow all company security policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• QualificationsMinimum 10th Pass.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard (real estate/site security preferred).
• Physically fit and willing to work permanent night shifts.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and alert.
• Required SkillsStrong observation and vigilance
• Good communication skills
• Emergency response and incident reporting
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring
• Visitor and vehicle management
• Time management and discipline
• Working HoursNight Shift (As per company roster)
