Position:

  • Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B business opportunities through networking and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors, Insurance Advisors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), and other referral partners.
  • Present the company's Insurance and Wealth Management solutions to business partners.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
  • Achieve monthly business development and partnership targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and business associates.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
