Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to manage our complete digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, website management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile optimization, Meta advertising, and social media management. The goal is to improve our online visibility, generate quality patient leads, and strengthen our brand presence.
- Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- 2. Website ManagementMaintain and regularly update the clinic website.
- Upload blogs, treatment pages, doctor profiles, testimonials, and announcements.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and optimized for user experience.
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates when required.
- Monitor website security, uptime, and performance.
- 3. Google Business Profile (Google My Business) ManagementManage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all clinic locations.
- Publish weekly updates, offers, events, and educational content.
- Improve local SEO rankings.
- Monitor and respond professionally to patient reviews.
- Track profile insights including calls, direction requests, and website visits.
- Maintain accurate business information across all online listings.
- 4. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising)Plan and execute Meta advertising campaigns.
- Create lead generation campaigns for consultations, procedures, workshops, and promotional offers.
- Optimize audience targeting, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and ad copy.
- Monitor key performance metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Generate monthly campaign performance reports.
- 5. Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Coordinate with doctors, designers, photographers, and video editors for content creation.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Monitor social media analytics and recommend improvements.
- 6. Content & Brand ManagementCoordinate blogs, newsletters, patient education content, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the clinic's branding.
- Assist in planning awareness campaigns, workshops, health camps, and seasonal promotions.
- 7. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor website traffic, SEO rankings, lead generation, and advertising performance.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies to improve digital marketing ROI.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience managing Google Business Profile
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic editing
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in healthcare or medical marketing will be an added advantage.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
