Job Description

We are seeking a Turning Setter cum Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating turning machines to produce precision components as per specifications.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate turning machines (manual/CNC).
  • Interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
  • Ensure proper machine calibration and tool selection.
  • Monitor machining operations to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.


RequirementsITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.

  • 0–7 years of experience in turning operations (freshers can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of machine tools and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
