Sales Manager

Mahek Marketing India is looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Development Manager to build and manage our growing sales team across India. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, recruitment, training, CRM, and sales operations experience.

## Key Responsibilities

* Recruit, onboard, and train sales executives.

* Set KPIs/KRAs and monitor team performance.

* Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reviews.

* Manage CRM, sales reports, and dashboards.

* Qualify leads and coordinate customer follow-ups.

* Improve sales productivity through coaching and performance management.

* Conduct market research and provide business insights.

* Prepare sales targets, visit plans, and review schedules.

* Coordinate with management to achieve sales objectives.

## Requirements

* 5–10 years of experience in Sales Team Management.

* Experience in hiring and training sales teams.

* Strong knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Willingness to travel when required.

5–10 years in B2B Sales.

At least 3 years managing a sales team.

Experience hiring and developing field sales personnel.

Experience using CRM systems.

Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Experience in industrial products, chemicals, paints, adhesives, lubricants, or FMCG distribution is preferred.
