Position: Service Technician/ Asst. Service Engineer/ Service Engineer/ Service Supervisor/ Service Manager/ Maintenance Support Executive

Work Location: Hyderabad / Kurnool

Qualification: ITI (Electrical, Mechanical), Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical) , B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical)

Experience: 0-5 years minimum

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Details: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-

Job responsibilities include:

1.     Role & responsibilities Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively

2.     Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback

3.     Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures

4.     Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment

5.     Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use

6.     Providing recommendations to improve pumps, motors etc performance

7.     Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed

8.     Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis

Preferred candidate profile

1.     Should have basic Mechanical/Electrical knowledge

2.     Should have basic knowledge in Pumps and Motors

3.     A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (Own bikes will get preference)

4.     Excellent active listening and customer service skills

5.     The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed

6.     Should be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Kurnool
