Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Staff Nurse to join our Hair & Skin Clinic. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during aesthetic and hair restoration procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain clinical hygiene, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

• Key Responsibilities1. Patient CarePrepare patients for consultations, procedures and able to handle OT independently.
• Record and monitor patient vital signs.
• Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions.
• Ensure patient comfort and address concerns professionally.
• Assist with follow-up care and dressing changes when required.
• 2. Doctor AssistanceAssist doctors during hair transplant surgeries and skin procedures.
• Prepare the procedure room before every treatment.
• Arrange and sterilize surgical instruments and consumables.
• Assist during PRP, GFC, Mesotherapy, IV therapies, and minor aesthetic procedures.
• Handle grafts carefully during hair transplant procedures.
• 3. Infection Control & SterilizationMaintain strict aseptic techniques.
• Sterilize instruments and equipment as per clinic protocols.
• Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and sanitized at all times.
• 4. Inventory & EquipmentMonitor stock of medicines, disposables, and surgical supplies.
• Inform management about low stock and expiry dates.
• Ensure all medical equipment is functioning properly before procedures.
• Maintain inventory records.
• 5. DocumentationMaintain accurate patient treatment records.
• Record procedure details and nursing notes.
• Obtain and file patient consent forms.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• 6. Emergency PreparednessBe prepared to handle medical emergencies.
• Maintain emergency medicines and crash cart readiness.
• Provide first aid and assist the doctor during emergencies.
• 7. Clinic OperationsCoordinate with reception for patient scheduling.
• Ensure procedure rooms are ready before appointments.
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day.
• Follow clinic SOPs and safety protocols.
• Skills & QualificationsGNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
• Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic clinics is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Good communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
