Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare payroll and employee expense reports, if required.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally, Xero).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
