Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee the financial data Tax and Audit. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, Experience of GST, TDS, and import documentation, Salary Reconciliation and hands-on experience in Tally and Excel. The role involves managing multiple branches' sales data and ensuring accuracy in records, payments, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities    

Update and manage monthly e-commerce sales data.

·        Verify and process customer payments regularly.

·        Monitor and manage stock levels in accordance with sales.

·        Maintain and analyze data using basic and advanced Excel functions.

·        Handle and consolidate sales data across all e-commerce branches.

·        Enter all commission invoices in Tally with accuracy.

·        Prepare monthly reports including:

o   Sales summary

o   Payment tracking

o   Commission invoices

o   Pending amounts

·        Manage GST, TDS, and import documentation requirements.

Process sales

and purchase entries in accounting software.

·        Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting preferred.

·        2-4+ years of relevant accounting experience, especially in e-commerce.

·        Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (basic & advanced).

·        Good understanding of GST, TDS, and import documentation processes.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple data sources.
