Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Voice Representative. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer handling, and the ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the globe

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Work in a rotational shift, including night shifts

Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduate or Undergraduate degree

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, technical support, BPO, or a related field

Excellent communication skills in English

Good knowledge of customer handling and conflict resolution

Ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts

Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days' notice period

Willingness to work in a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position

Additional Information

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on last CTC and experience)

Job Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Contract Duration: 4-6 months

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days' notice

Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹56,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and experience)

Laptop and other assets will be provided by the company.

P.F + E.S.I + 5000/- performance bonus monthly.

The company will give a two-way cab facility.
