Job responsibilities: -

• Proven experience in a similar position within a Tier 2 automotive component company,
• Preferably know pricing-turned and sheet metal components.
• Successful track record of handling sales turnovers of approximately 100 crores.
• Background in new business procurement and customer development.
• Experience in managing a sales team of 4 to 5 or more individuals.

• Explore and cultivate new international markets, placing a strong emphasis on export initiatives within the Indian market, specifically targeting Railways, Defense, and Ordinance products.

• Travel extensively across India for business purposes, meeting with clients, and cultivating strong relationships.
• Expertise in handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of internal and external audit processes and certification requirements.

• Supervise and guide business development representatives in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Qualification & Experience: -Minimum 10 yrs. in reputed established manufacturing precision engineering companies in manufacturing of turned/stamped components and sub - assemblies preferably experience in automotive tier – 2 companies (ISO IATF certified). Experience in turned components essential in above mentioned specific areas.
