Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoices, tracking incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Record and allocate incoming payments in the accounting system.
- Prepare aging reports and share collection updates with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
