• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to drive sales.
• Manage customer-specific order requirements
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry options.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
• Ensure professional, high-quality customer interactions.
• Log all activities, updates, and follow-ups accurately in CRM.
